Hi there, we’re MyEdSpace Ltd and this is our privacy notice for you to read so you can see what we do with your information on our website and our platform.

This is really important…if you are under 13, please make sure your parent or guardian is happy for you to use our website and our platform.

When you use our platform, just make sure you only give us information that you need to, don’t upload any other information about you or anyone else that might not be relevant (this might include any personal information such as information about your health or someone else’s health).

We are responsible for how your information is used on our website and on our platform, so if you want to get in touch with us for any reason about this, you can contact us by email or you can write to us:

This privacy notice is only for our website and platform. If you click on any links on our website to another website, you will need to check their privacy notice to find out what they do with your information.

You will be using our platform to complete course and receive tuition to help you at school and in exams. This privacy notice tells you how we collect and use the information we hold about you.

The information we receive from you or collect about you.

When you use our website and our platform you will give us the following information:

We will also receive payment card details, a billing name and billing address for the person who pays for your access to our website and platform (who will usually be your parent or guardian).

We will collect information about when and how you use the website and the platform, such as the pages you visit and any links you access and information about where you are in the country. We will also receive other technical information, such as the type of device you use and network information. Most of this information is then anonymised which means it cannot be linked to you.

You may provide us with health information such as any educational needs or illness.

Personalisation. We collect information to personalise your learning experience using our artificial intelligence (AI) tools, unless you have opted-out of this at the time your parent or guardian signed up for the service or afterwards. Where we personalise your learning experience using our artificial intelligence tools, this means that as you use our services, our AI tools will use artificial intelligence to create a digital profile of you, and gather information about your learning process, responses to questions and experience. We will use this information to create a personalised programme for you, such as to suggest resources and learning paths that are recommended for you. If you have opted-out of personalisation, we will not provide a personalised programme for you from that point, though may retain records of previous personalised learning that we provided to you.

Service Improvement. We might also anonymise your data and use this to help us improve our website, platform and the service we provide (including through using our AI tools to help provide better personalised learning experience to others).

We use cookies to get some of this information. Cookies are small files of data that operate on our website. If you would like more information about these, you can look at our Cookie Notice https://myedspace.co.uk/cookies-notice.
