There are no special prerequisites for enrolling in MyEdSpace Courses. In general, you only need to have a reliable internet connection and a device to access our learning platform.
In the 2023/24 academic year 58% of students on our courses achieved grades 7-9 — over double the national average of 27%, so we're confident that the course will help your child get ahead!
Unfortunately, the teachers don't have the capacity to speak with every potential student. They spend their time organising the course, filming content, and doing livestreams.
But they don't act alone. We are MyEdSpace, a London-based online educational company officially registered in England and Wales. Our customer experience team is more than qualified to address any questions you may have regarding the course and material. Please feel free to contact them here.
The course, which includes the lessons, workbooks, homework, and video solutions, is accessed via the MyEdSpace learning platform. On the platform, students will be able to find lesson links to the new lessons as well as recordings of previous ones. Unlike other tutoring, learning doesn't stop after the lesson is over!
Each student in our Pro courses is paired with a personal mentor so they have outside lesson support. Your child can text their mentor if they're struggling with the course or their schoolwork and receive quick and helpful answers.
All our mentors are students who received top A-level grades and go to the best UK universities such as Cambridge, Imperial etc. Being close in age means students feel comfortable reaching out to mentors and forming valuable relationships which boost confidence and motivation!
They check in on the students weekly and send out surveys so that you can assess their performance and let them know what else you would like out of your experience!
All of our mentors are fully DBS-checked.
Our teachers have created an extensive curriculum for each year group they teach so we can ensure your child learns all the relevant content.
We can't guarantee that the content will be taught in the exact same order, but they have built these curricula based on their years of experience, so they will definitely cover what you need to know. Please note that if you are studying a different exam board than the course being taught, the topics may vary.

MyEdSpace is not affiliated with any exam boards, and our courses are largely designed to apply across boards.
Our Maths course works with all exam boards. Our Biology, Chemistry and Physics courses are designed for AQA (for Year 13 Biology and Chemistry we also run OCR courses), but there is a lot of overlap with other exam boards. Our English courses are designed to cover content and skills across all exam boards but are tailored towards AQA and will cover texts that apply specifically to AQA.

MyEdSpace lessons are delivered live via a YouTube livestream by our very experienced teachers, who really know how to engage students in the content. Any questions or comments can be put in the chat at any time, and they will always be answered by our teachers or our mentors moderating the lesson to ensure no questions are ever missed.
Lessons can also be re-watched via the same link at any time, for revision purposes so you never miss out on any content.

All the queries are answered individually by either the teacher or the student mentors in the live chat. Additionally, the pro package includes a 1-1 Personal Mentor who you can contact outside of lesson time, which is not available in the Standard package.
Both packages offer live lessons, lesson recordings, exam-style homework, video solutions, and access to the largest student community in the UK.
This is not a problem. We record all our live lessons to ensure that the students never miss any content. We always recommend getting in touch with the mentor while watching a session back, too, if you'd like any extra support!
We don't set a limit to the number of students. While this might seem unusual, having a larger group fosters a sense of community and promotes diversity of thought. The students motivate one another, making the learning experience more fun!
