“My son has improved in school”
Mukhtair an Eshaan’s MyEdSpace story
As his son Eshaan approached his GCSEs, Mukhtair wanted to give him a little extra support.
Among the options were private tutors, as well as other online learning platforms. So, aware that the study habits Eshaan would start forming now would last into his GCSEs and beyond, Mukhtair didn’t want to rush into a decision and spent time thoroughly researching the options.
“I looked carefully at different platforms and read a lot of reviews,” he explains. Two things about MyEdSpace leapt out; the flexibility, and the reviews from other parents."
“When I compared them, MyEdSpace stood out. If he can’t attend a live lesson, he can always go back and watch it later and that means learning doesn’t stop if plans change. He can revisit lessons in his own time, which is really helpful. Also the feedback from other parents was far more positive and that gave me confidence.”
Encouraged by the reviews especially, Mukhtair signed Eshaan up to study English, Maths and Science throughout Year 9.
Nine months on, he says it’s been a great decision and calls out Eshaan’s progress with Science as particularly impressive.
“He has improved at school,” Mukhtair begins. “With Science especially, there was a lot that was new to him. He’s learning new concepts and he’s actually enjoying the subject more. But, across Maths, English and Science, the support is there. You can see that what he’s learning on MyEdSpace is supporting what he does in the classroom. I’ve seen his confidence improve. He’s learning more and he feels comfortable engaging with the material.”
Having seen the impact on Eshaan’s confidence, enjoyment, and school performance, Mukhtair is clear about his recommendation.
“I would recommend MyEdSpace,” he says. “It’s good value for money, it’s well structured, and it supports learning in a way that you know your child will learn. It really works.”
