About The Role

The Job to Be Done

  • Driving Customer Acquisition:
  • Scale and lead a high-performing, data-driven growth marketing team.
  • Design customer-centric end-to-end funnel, from creative to purchase.
  • Launch, test, and scale campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including offline. 
  • Optimize conversion rate throughout the funnel to reduce drop-offs.
  • Develop growth loops to improve user acquisition and LTV. 
  • Performance & Data Analytics 
    • Own marketing KPIs through the whole funnel.
    • Manage and allocate the marketing budget for maximum impact.
    • Analyze performance data to drive decision-making and optimize LTV & CAC. 
  • Strengthen brand engagement:
    • Help build a brand that lasts longer than we do & is fit to scale internationally.
    • Refine MyEdSpace’s brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Enhancing Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Create strategies for post-payment flows to enhance LTV.
  • Collaborating Across Teams:
    • Work directly with our co-founder and wider leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Foster cross-functional communication to support scaling efforts.

The Profile We’re Looking For

  • A Proven Track Record
  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience. 
  • Proven and demonstrable track record in driving customer acquisition. 
  • Experience in managing and scaling teams. 
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, email automation, offline advertising.
  • Ideal to have experience in B2C subscription businesses & EdTech. 
  • Ideal to have multi-country marketing experience. 
  • Experience with both direct sales and lead gen campaigns. 
  • A Paid Media Expert:
    • Proven success in designing, testing and scaling paid media campaigns across all platforms.
    • Proficiency in funnel development with a focus on delivering real ROAS.
    • Customer centric focus with the ability to form effective customer segmentation. 
    • Experience with a full suite of marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics tools, automation tools, multi-channel platforms. 
  • Data-Driven and Analytical:
    • Skilled at using data to inform decisions, analyze performance, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Ability and experience in continuously tracking and improving conversion rates at each funnel stage.
    • Experienced in building attribution models and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Experienced in Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Strong understanding of SEO, email campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
    • Proficient in creating strategies that move customers through the entire funnel, from acquisition to retention.
