These Terms and Conditions govern MyEdSpace's Referral Programme (“Programme”). By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, together with MyEdSpace's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms are made available to both the referrer and the referred friend at the point of referral and are published at myedspace.co.uk/referral-terms.
The Programme is open to current MyEdSpace parents and students in the United Kingdom. To participate as a Referrer, you must:
Hold an active MyEdSpace subscription at the time of the referral and at the time any reward is issued
Be in good standing with MyEdSpace, meaning all payments on your account are up to date
MyEdSpace employees and contractors are not eligible to participate as Referrers.
A “Referred Friend” is a parent or person who, at the time of sign-up, is not and has never previously been a paying MyEdSpace full course customer. Referrals of existing customers will not be counted and will not attract a reward. One reward is payable per Referred Friend, regardless of the number of courses they purchase or students they sign up.
For the Referred Friend: £100 off their first MyEdSpace full course order, applied by the MyEdSpace team using the Programme's referral code. The discount must be redeemed — the qualifying full course purchase completed — by 31 December 2026. It may be combined with the sibling discount but not with other new-customer promotional offers.
For the Referrer: a £75 Amazon gift voucher for each successful referral (see Section 6), sent to your registered email address. There is no cap on the number of successful referrals you can make in the 2026/27 academic year.
Summer School trial (until 3 August 2026): Referred Friends who are introduced to us before 3 August 2026 may additionally be offered a free place at MyEdSpace Summer School (August 2026), arranged by our team. This does not affect either reward.
Ask our team: tell your MyEdSpace contact (or message our team) that you'd like to refer a friend. We will verify your account, register your referral, and give you the referral code and a share message to pass on.
Your friend contacts us and identifies you: when your friend gets in touch (via the WhatsApp contact route in the share message), they quote your referral reference and name. Our team matches this to your registered referral and applies the £100 discount to their order — your friend never needs to enter a code themselves.
Attribution cannot be applied after your friend has purchased. The referral discount applied to the order, matched to your registered referral, is the sole method of attribution — marketing channels your friend may also have seen (for example online adverts) do not affect this in either direction.
Your £75 voucher is issued after your Referred Friend passes their 14-day money-back guarantee period without cancelling or requesting a refund.
For referrals made before the start of term (7 September 2026), rewards are issued from 21 September 2026.
For referrals made after 7 September 2026, rewards are issued on a rolling basis, typically within two weeks of the end of the friend's 14-day period.
If your Referred Friend cancels or is refunded within their 14-day period, no reward is issued.
A referral is successful when all of the following are met:
The Referred Friend is a new customer (Section 2)
They complete a valid sign-up for an eligible 2026/27 full course, by 31 December 2026, with the referral discount applied to the order and you named as the referrer (monthly plans and other subscription types are not eligible)
They remain enrolled past the 14-day money-back guarantee window
The referral passes MyEdSpace's verification process
Referrals will be declared invalid, and rewards withheld or reclaimed, where the referral involves: an existing customer; a non-eligible plan; self-referral (including referring your own household or a proxy with no genuine independent intent to purchase — we check contact details and billing information); fraud or misrepresentation; or any breach of these terms. MyEdSpace may, at its sole discretion, disqualify abusive or manipulative behaviour.
Referrals are for personal contacts who have expressed genuine interest in MyEdSpace. Do not post the referral code on public platforms, social media, forums or coupon sites, and do not send unsolicited messages containing it — the discount is only ever applied by our team against a referral registered to you, so public posting creates no referrals and may lead to disqualification. Breaching this section may result in disqualification and forfeiture of pending rewards.
Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards. MyEdSpace does not provide tax advice.
MyEdSpace reserves the right to modify these terms (including reward amounts and mechanics), and to suspend or terminate the Programme, at any time. Where possible we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Referrals already made will be honoured under the terms in force when they were made. This Programme replaces all previous MyEdSpace referral schemes from 20 July 2026.
